luggage support door service confusing layout better signage pool terrace
the staff offered helpful support with my luggage. the lobby staff opened the door each time i entered, so i appreciated that.
the gym layout was confusing. the hotel needs better signage as well. i think the pool terrace could be more attractive.

the hotel features a rooftop pool i found relaxing. it had comfortable loungers and offered city views. the on-site restaurant provided a diverse menu i appreciated.
the gym was smaller than expected i found. it had limited equipment. the room service menu prices were higher than anticipated i noticed.

The staff was attentive and helpful. My room was very clean. Hot water was always available in the shower. The breakfast buffet offered many choices.
