smooth check-in in-room massage ample water

check-in was smooth, and i received a complimentary upgrade. the staff helped me with directions. the in-room massage service was good value. the bed was soft. i appreciated the ample supply of bottled water and the espresso machine in my room.

the air conditioning emitted a constant whistling noise during operation. it disrupted my overall experience. the sound negatively affected my rest and relaxation.

The staff was very helpful with various requests. rose, kookie and noona provided superb service during breakfast. woody offered a warm welcome upon arrival. His assistance was invaluable, made me want to come back.

polite staff soft bed friendly staff whistling noise small room dusty bedding

the staff are very polite and helpful. the rooms feel luxurious and the beds are really soft. the breakfast was amazing with nice staff.

the air conditioning in my room makes a constant whistling noise. nearly every worker would ask for a review. rooms were very small and bedding were very dusty.
