Fantastic hotel, AMAZING services!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. I could easily access both the metro and skytrain stations. The breakfast buffet included english, Thai, AND indian options. The staff at reception were polite and efficient. They really helped me with all my needs. The room service is available 24/7, a GREAT feature.

The tight driveway to the parking garage made it difficult to navigate.

The room was spacious and well kept. The bathroom was large and featured a bathtub and separate shower. It also included many amenities such as toiletries and fluffy towels. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel is in the central business district, a VERY convenient location. There are several malls, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. The proximity to the metro allows easy access to various parts of the city. It's unbeatable.

worn furnitureunresponsive controls

The room itself felt a bit worn. the furniture showed its age and some of the fixtures were loose! i also found that the air conditioning controls were not very responsive. It was hard to adjust the temperature as i wanted. it.
