the staff were kind and always ready to help i found the beds very comfortable. the hotel is near khao san road everything else is accessible by a quick ride. i appreciated the convenient location for exploring the city.
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited preferring non-asian options.

Wonderful Stay Near the Temples

The breakfast offered a great selection with pancakes made to order. They were delicious. The room was surprisingly large and offered ample space. It was nice. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Grand Palace and temples because it made sightseeing very convenient.
The hotel has a bar with live music and karaoke. It was loud at night. The noise felt as if it was in my room, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel bar features a big TV screen, great for watching sports programs. IT WAS cool. A convenience store is conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to essentials.

The room had plenty of natural light from two large windows, so BRIGHT. Two desks and a large sitting area provided ample space for working and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well.

the bed was nice. air conditioning kept the room very cool. i was also very happy about the free water bottles given daily.

Decent Location but Some Issues Existed

The hotel location was convenient. It was near some temples so walking was an option.
The staff wasn't the friendliest bunch. I sent an email way early, asking about check-in. They said it depended. I arrive before 9 AM. They say no room until 2 PM. Unless I pay extra, of course. I think the staff needs a class on how to smile.
