The location was central. It was down a side street away from the noise. It was close enough to Kohsan Road. The room had a kettle, coffee, tea, and water. The bathroom had shower gel and a cap. I found the street around the hotel to be silent. There were lots of cafes and bars nearby.
The swimming pool food service was quite poor. I noticed a smell of humidity in the room. The view from the window was scary. The floor was very dirty at check-in. I asked for an extra cleaning service.

I loved the location. It was very close to lively streets, restaurants, and bars. markets were nearby too, really convenient! the hotel staff were very helpful. the travel assistant in the lobby provided great insights.
the room decor felt a little dated, but everything was perfectly clean.

lovely stay
helpful staff great location many restaurants side road
i found the staff amazing and helpful. they were friendly. the location was great. it was super close to the nightlife. i found many restaurants and shops close. massage parlors were there too. the hotel was off a side road, so i didn't hear the noise.
i think the pool does not get direct sunlight, which makes it a little cold.

my beautiful double room balcony included tea and coffee making facilities. a hairdryer was available. there was also a mini fridge. the room was clean, safe, and comfortable, and i found everything worked well.

the pool area was awesome!!! the hotel features a travel agent. this agent can book tours onsite. the restaurant provides great value. i really liked it because it was close to the river.
