i found the rooms clean . the quiet and comfortable atmosphere was a welcome relief (it was much needed). they let us keep our bags there after we checked out, nice. the hotel has three bikes available to ride into the city.
the hotel asked for a cash deposit (it would be returned when i checked out after they inspected the room). i was not thrilled about this. i had to figure out where to eat when i got in late since the staff did not give recommendations.

the location suited my needs, as i primarily used taxis. the hotel is situated about a twenty-minute walk from the main backpacker area, certainly doable if you want to get some exercise. the grand palace is super close.

the hotel does not offer breakfast, so i had to find places nearby. there are several breakfast spots around if you are willing to look for them, though i found it took a little looking. i wish they had better options on site.

the swimming pool area is unique and stands out. the rooms are quite spacious, each with a large bathroom and shower. the beds are very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep (i definitely needed that).

The hotel had a lovely pool area. The water was clean. The front desk was friendly and efficient (it was open 24 hours).
The air conditioning was too loud. I had to switch it off at night. The hotel wanted a cash deposit for the room. I argued with them and they didn't demand it.

I was excited about my Beautiful Studio Room! It featured new furniture. The wi-fi worked without a glitch. I was able to work during my entire stay.
The hotel asked for a deposit for the key card, a small inconvenience really!
