I was charmed by the attentive staff. They were always eager to assist! the daily cleaning was so complete! it definitely met my expectations! the central location close to transit made exploration easy.

the water pressure in the shower was occasionally a bit weak, though not a major concern.

The gym had enough equipment for a full body workout. That was acceptable.

I booked two rooms with single beds for my family vacation in advance. Upon checking in, a staff member said only one room was guaranteed. The other was subject to availability. I paid extra for the rooms, but she argued no extra charges were paid! My sister had to sleep on the sofa the first night.

our rooms offered ample storage which i found quite practical. i really liked having kitchenware, this allowed us to prepare our own food. the location was ideal for commuting since asok and sukhumvit stations are nearby. the area felt peaceful compared to other sukhumvit roads we have stayed on.

the room smelled faintly of smoke. it was a non-smoking hotel, disappointing. the breakfast was not excellent. there were few options available at the cafeteria.

The corridor LOOKS like university accomodation. The room felt dark. I needed more lights. The bathroom had NO ventilation.
