convenient airport link access
easy access affordable travel daily water
the hotel is very close to the phaya thai bts airport link! it made traveling to and from the airport easy and affordable. a 7-eleven is also nearby for quick snacks. the housekeepers cleaned the room diligently and provided four water bottles daily.
the mattress was a bit firm. it felt harder compared to what i prefer.

the rooftop swimming pool was well-kept. i saw that the hotel provides tuk-tuk service to the train station and market, though it ended early in the evening. the breakfast included a varied selection.

the staff are friendly and accommodating. i observed the housekeepers cleaning rooms every day. they provided prompt and helpful assistance whenever i needed it .

excellent tuktuk service pratunam food convenient skytrain small room cramped bathroom hard bed
the hotel's tuktuk service was excellent. it takes you to pratunam and skytrain when you want to go. i could call them when i wanted to be picked up. lots of food was available at pratunam where the hotel tuktuk drops you off.
the rooms were small even the beautiful rooms. the bathroom felt cramped. the bed was super hard, i didn't like it.

broken safe missing smoke detector
the location was acceptable for accessing transport links.
The room had issues. The safe didn't work, and a smoke detector was detached from the ceiling. used towels were left in the closet. there was also no hot water in the sink. it really reminded me of they just didn't care.

handy fridge convenient location
The location is close to the sky train station. This made getting around convenient, especially with the airport link nearby. The room included a fridge, handy for keeping drinks cold.
The road behind the hotel to the train station WAS uneven, so the walk felt a bit bumpy.
