friendly staff professional staff daily service clean pool
I found all staff to be friendly and professional. Staff recognized me regularly. This indicated a positive company culture. My room was on the 7th floor and it was large and clean with a double bed. I did not request a linen change, but the room received service daily. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean. I was often the only person using it.
One minor issue I noticed was some wear on the furniture in the room. It did not impact my stay, but newer furnishings would enhance the room's appearance.

The rooms are spacious with effective air conditioning. This ensured a comfortable stay. Each room includes a television with some English-language channels and also tea and coffee making facilities, offering added convenience. i found the location quite convenient, close to train stations and malls. the wifi worked well throughout my stay, i also liked that they provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom in case i needed them.
My room had a noticeable smell, it was somewhat old and stale. I also saw a few bugs. it would be good if they could address this issue .

the hotel sits near public transport options, sky train and bus routes. it makes travel around the city easy. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

convenient location rooftop pool numerous shops
The hotel is very close to the BTS station. Shops and restaurants are also within easy reach. The rooftop pool offers a pleasant experience and nice views.
The street nearby can be a bit chaotic at times.

convenient location water dispenser small room basic amenities
the location of the hotel was convenient. i could easily reach nearby attractions (i loved exploring the local markets!). refilling water from the water dispenser was a nice touch, helping to reduce plastic waste.
the room felt a little small and basic. also, i was surprised that there wasn't complimentary water provided in the room (it would have been very useful).
