i found the rooftop terrace restaurant to be quite good. it had live music, i think. the staff was helpful in getting a bookings.com error fixed regarding my shuttle and breakfast. they included it anyway, which i appreciated a lot.
the bed was too hard for me, it wasn't very comfortable. i also had a wake-up call that didn't work, i'm not sure why. it takes extra time to get anywhere around here.

The room i was assigned, a standard twin room no window, felt smaller than expected. sound isolation was an issue. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the bathroom lacked thorough cleaning, and the shower design allowed water to spill onto the floor. these issues detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

i have used this hotel on several occasions and it is always a great experience. the staff were excellent and very helpful plus professional in all that was asked. there was in-hotel dining that was very good plus shuttle service to the airport.
the bed was very hard and i found it uncomfortable , and my wake-up call didn't work. it was very busy to get anywhere and it took extra time.
