tropical pool good gym quiet neighborhood smelly sofas few amenities lacking trash cans
the pool was nice with a tropical feel, and finding sunny spots was easy. the gym was good, and i used the sauna. the neighborhood was quiet, yet it still had everything i needed.
The sofas in the room smelled bad, like they were not washed or cleaned properly. we were five people, and the hotel did not provide enough amenities. I had to ask every time. the room needed more trash cans.

spacious rooms and amazing breakfast!
spacious room clean room international dishes
i had a beautiful one-bedroom king. it was spacious and clean, just what i needed (especially after a long flight). the breakfast buffet was excellent. there was a great variety of international and local thai dishes.
the location is a bit far from some main attractions. i had to rely on taxis or public transportation, which sometimes took longer than expected.

Really good Stay, A Detailed Look
expansive breakfast poolside bar delicious cocktails beautiful atmosphere
I found the breakfast buffet to be expansive. It included a wide array of choices. I also visited the poolside bar. The staff proved friendly. Mr Boat suggested some excellent drinks. Cocktails were delicious, particularly the signature ones. The swimming pool presented a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult. I think clearer directions would help.

The hotel is near many services. I noticed a 7/11 close by and also proximity to tourist places. It seemed a reasonable distance. The hotel is convenient despite being away from congestion.

The Front Desk team seemed very nice. They offered good advice. I observed them explaining all the facilities clearly. I also received a welcome drink and a free minibar. The kids were delighted with that.

The room contained a kitchen and a living room, I appreciated that detail! I saw that the arrangement allowed for a pool view. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light.

The pool is on the fourth floor and is an oasis. I also observed a huge breakfast place on the same floor. The gym had good equipment and seemed well kept. The parking lot looked big and convenient. That was helpful.

The rooms were large and clean I had access to a washing machine after three weeks of travel that was useful Breakfast was fresh and varied.
The pool area needed a sign system for used towels I often found towels dumped on chairs It was difficult to know if the chairs were available on busy days It was quite annoying I thought.

internet issues screaming children
the hotel provided clean rooms.
internet issues impacted my ability to work (i was there for business). children were often screaming at the breakfast buffet, not a pleasant environment. the price of the stay, given these issues, felt unjustified.

the gym was BIG.
The breakfast buffet seemed like a kindergarten party. Screaming children were constant. i asked for staff to remind families about noise levels, but it did not work. this issue combined with the price.
