fantastic stay in the heart of it all

The staff were INCREDIBLY friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. My room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. I found the bed to be excellent, assuring restful nights. The air conditioning worked superbly well, keeping the room cool and pleasant.

The surrounding area was a little noisy at night.

I noticed several value-for-money restaurants located just around the back streets, providing convenient meal options. The hotel did offer room service, as well. It stated its availability until 11pm on the menu.

The room had good air-conditioning, essential for the weather there. A safe was available inside the room. I also noticed a fridge. Wi-fi worked very WELL.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the action. A BTS station can be reached with only an eight-minute walk. It's directly next to mamma plaza.

All staff members I encountered were pleasant. The front desk staff were helpful and always friendly. Security seemed great. The staff also provided helpful advice when needed.
