The hotel is near the national stadium bts. staff greeted us.

The towels in my room had holes. They were also stained. i found this unacceptable

Really good Stay, A Perfect Gem!!!

quiet street attentive staff super clean rooms extreme comfort

The location is superb! It is a short walk to the malls and a 7-Eleven, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The staff members were polite and helpful. I appreciated their attentiveness. My room was clean, and the bed offered extreme comfort. I found the overall experience amazing!!!

The lighting in my room was a bit dim.

There are two pools. Each offered comfortable loungers. The gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel also features a business center with computers and printing services.

The breakfast buffet includes a variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. The on-site restaurant serves lunch and dinner. It presents a menu with international and local cuisine. A coffee machine is available 24 hours on the first floor!!!

The staff is attentive and addresses requests promptly and efficiently. Housekeeping provides thorough and regular room cleaning. They are very dedicated. The front desk offers assistance with transportation and local attractions.

poor lighting outdated television

The hotel's location proved convenient.

I found the room lighting to be quite poor. The television was also outdated. It definitely needs to be a smart TV, at the very least. the air conditioning system was not easy to adjust. It needed constant adjustments.
