reasonable stay overall
city views breakfast selection worn equipment elevator delays
the hotel room was spacious. the views of the city were pretty good from the upper floors. i also appreciated the breakfast having quite a good selection of options.
i did find some areas needed attention. the gym had some equipment that looked quite worn. also the hotel elevators seemed to have occasional delays and weren't fixed promptly. this sometimes led to longer waiting times.

the location was convenient , close to the bts station , made travel simple. the room was very clean and spacious , a nice place to relax after a day out. i appreciated the friendly service from the staff , they were helpful and attentive. breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The suite was luxurious. The views from level 23 were expansive. The bathrooms included awesome outlooks and generous space. Room service delivered delicious meals promptly.

friendly staff good selection smoking area marketing slogan
the staff was very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the good selection of tea available in my room. the front desk and concierge were attentive and helpful. prissy provided lots of travelling advice.
i found the pool and restaurant were too close together. the smoking area made the idea of an eco-friendly hotel seem like just a marketing slogan. i found that disappointing.
