superb location helpful staff breakfast buffet

the hotel had a superb location with easy access to local attractions. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at all times. the breakfast buffet featured numerous choices, and the food tasted really good. i was happy with the quick and efficient service i received at the restaurant.

this did disturb me at times when i was trying to relax in my room. hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon.

the beautiful double or twin room was well kept. it included a comfortable bed. the room had daily restocked complimentary water bottles. the breakfast buffet had many options available daily. the rooftop bar provided city views. the bar service was prompt. the hotel offered convenient access to local attractions. the staff provided assistance with directions. the reception area had comfortable seating. i found the check-in process efficient. i used the hotel's laundry service, and the clothes came back clean. i was greeted with smiles by all the staff.

the bathroom drain was a little slow.

the breakfast selection met expectations.

The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor emanating from the drainpipe. It was quite bothersome. this issue needs addressing to ensure a more comfortable stay . i found it really impacted the overall experience.

during my stay, the bell men were using phones near the door. they did not open the door or greet guests. this oversight impacted the initial welcome.
