The staff arranged all bus tickets i needed for my next destinations. the location is the biggest advantage. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. They cleaned it everyday .

The staff provided warm customer service and helped me a lot , including helping me locate my lost phone. They were pretty good. lilly was also amazing. She helped me with every question i had.

The hotel has a sky bar, and i could bring my own drinks and food without additional charges. It was a good spot for gathering. the lobby decorations were very excellent. I liked the christmas decoration.

the staff was very cute and helpful, which i appreciated. the location was fantastic. most tour operators provided pick-up from the hotel, a plus for convenience.

The room was quite small, and i noticed there were no windows. It felt a bit claustrophobic. the breakfast was fairly average, and i thought it could use more variety. the dated furniture showed scratches and marks, a sign of wear and tear.

great location fresh options helpful staff small room missing windows hallway noise

The location was great. It made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh options (the fruit was amazing!). The staff were very helpful and gave me a map with must-see attractions circled.

My room was quite small. It did not have windows. The shower lacked a screen, so water went everywhere. I also found the noise from the hallway quite noticeable.
