The service was acceptable. Staff responded quickly to my requests.
My room, a superior double or twin room, was smaller than I expected. I found the bathroom layout awkward. The sink seemed out of place, away from the main area. I think some rearrangement is needed.

fantastic!

birthday cake very nice attention
the staff were great! they even surprised me with a birthday cake, how thoughtful! the attention to detail was just very nice, i felt so pampered.
the gym could use a little sprucing up, some of the equipment looks a bit dated.

helpful staff good excursions great location limited breakfast little light small gym
the staff was very nice and very helpful in organizing my excursions. the quality of the excursions i booked with the hotel was good. the hotel's location was also good, i could easily walk to many places.
the room was okay, clean with a window, but not much natural light came in. breakfast was good, but i found the options slightly limited. the gym was small and lacked modern equipment.

A Romantic Stay in the Heart

genuine warmth super clean room nice trip
All staff members displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness. the room was kept spotlessly clean, a detail i deeply appreciate. the hotel organized a nice trip to halong bay for us. It helped create lovely memories. the team.
The gym equipment felt a little dated. i'm sure the team are already working on this.

The room featured a king-sized bed, soft linens, and blackout curtains. It ensured restful sleep. a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks was available, a nice touch. the bathroom included both a shower and a separate bathtub.

Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. All were delicious. the restaurant offered authentic local cuisine. Each dish was beautifully prepared and presented. the atmosphere was calm and romantic.
