My room, a superior double or twin room, was smaller than I expected. I found the bathroom layout awkward. The sink seemed out of place, away from the main area. I think some rearrangement is needed.

the staff were really good! they even surprised me with a birthday cake, how thoughtful! the attention to detail was just very nice, i felt so pampered.
the gym could use a little sprucing up, some of the equipment looks a bit dated.

the staff was very nice and very helpful in organizing my excursions. the quality of the excursions i booked with the hotel was good. the hotel's location was also good, i could easily walk to many places.
the room was okay, clean with a window, but not much natural light came in. breakfast was good, but i found the options slightly limited. the gym was small and lacked modern equipment.

All staff members displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness. the room was kept spotlessly clean, a detail i deeply appreciate. the hotel organized a nice trip to halong bay for us. It helped create lovely memories. the team.
The gym equipment felt a little dated. i'm sure the team are already working on this.
