La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi & Spa is located in Old Quarter. All 34 individually furnished rooms include premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces. Rooms also come with free laptops for guest use, flat-screen TVs with cable, DVD players, air-conditioning, safes, minibars, and electric hot water kettles for free tea and coffee. All rooms are soundproofed. Selected rooms have iron facilities or tea/coffee making facility. Certain units have a seating area. Rooms have parquet floors. Some areas are affected by noise from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Superior Rooms only come with twin beds, and are the only category of room not to have armchairs. The hotel offers Family Rooms. Junior Suites feature split-level living, a work desk and modern amenities. The Executive Suite includes an elegant bedroom, a spacious living area, and a private terrace with city views. En suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower.

Gourmet Corner Restaurant serves a buffet for breakfast. There is a gourmet cafe across the street, and many restaurants, bars, and shops are within minutes on foot. The outdoor Terrace Bar has city views.
