The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry to Central Pier. A short ferry ride cost just over £1 each. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were amazing and always ready to help. The location is ideal for morning runs and walks.

The boats stop quite early , so getting back to the hotel late at night can be slightly difficult.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes , and there were many rare and delicious options available to guests . The hotel's food court near the hotel offers diverse culinary options for a late night meal.

The location was great. I had easy access to public transportation. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The variety of food choices available was quite excellent.

The light switches in my room were not intuitive at all. The room design felt poorly thought out to me. I also found the machines running in the hallway for moisture removal rather odd, a bit too noisy too.

Absolutely Fantastic Waterfront Hotel!!!

harbor view big breakfast huge gym

I had a really nice room with harbor views! The promenade was right outside the hotel. I enjoyed a big breakfast with fresh fruits, tasty eggs Benedict, and fish. The gym was HUGE and had a harbor view. Workouts were genuinely enjoyable!!!

I had an issue ordering food for my son. A local phone number was needed to order from the Dockyard. This was inconvenient since we are international customers. I wish they considered guests without local phone numbers.

Staff members were very friendly and always ready to assist with our needs. The front desk staff provided prompt responses to our inquiries and requests. The staff delivered a beautiful birthday cake for my partner!!!

The hotel had an outdoor pool with many sun loungers and towel service. A major bus terminal was conveniently located right under the hotel. Red Sugar, the bar, offered gorgeous harbor views perfect for unwinding with a drink.
