decent stay with minor issues
convenient location spacious room helpful staff floor maintenance noise disturbance not relaxing
i found the hotel's location to be very convenient. it was near the avenue of stars. the room was clean and quite spacious. hailey at check-in was very helpful.
There was maintenance on my floor. it was happening right next to my room. this caused some noise. i did not feel comfortable, and my stay that day was not relaxing. I felt disturbed.

fantastic stay and suite upgrade
suite upgrade late check-out alcoholic beverage red wine
we received a complimentary suite upgrade . the hotel accommodated a late check-out until 1 pm, a thoughtful gesture. i visited the executive lounge and enjoyed the happy hour. the staff provided a variety of alcoholic beverages, including white and red wine.
the late check-out was only until 1 pm.

the breakfast buffet included many local dishes. this allowed visitors to sample various authentic flavors in a short time. it was an excellent culinary experience, i think.

the hotel's location made transportation easy via bus or metro. the harbor views from higher floors were romantic. most importantly, the building was well situated for local transit.
