i have stayed here. the location is excellent. tram and bus access is convenient. the room size was a pleasant surprise, it exceeded my expectations. there were plenty of power outlets, so i did not need a travel adapter.

The fire alarm went off at 2 am and i did not get much sleep before my long journey. the staff did not apologize. Their departure attitude felt unfriendly and dismissive.
