i found the location convenient. the tram stop is just outside, and many restaurants are nearby. there is a laundry facility at the ground level with washing machines and dryers and i appreciated how easy it was to do laundry.

the rooms could use some updating, but it was still okay for the price.

the location suited my needs perfectly. the room size was decent for the city, specifically a superior room. the bed offered good comfort. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

some staff lacked hospitality. i found their attitude uncooperative and impolite. it was unusual that the hotel did not provide at least two bottles of water upon check-in. i had to buy water from a vending machine.

The staff changed towels daily. This was very helpful. they cleaned the rooms daily. The place was super clean. flat iron and ironing board were available upon request. It was simple and easy.

The superior suite provided ample space for three adults. I appreciated the separate sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed. a dedicated working area included racks, drawers, and a kettle. the daily housekeeping service ensured the room remained tidy.

the hotel's age was noticeable, and there was a peculiar smell in some areas. i also noted a few spots with water damage, indicating the need for some maintenance.

The location is convenient. The water street tram and bus stops are directly in front. the sai yin pung mtr station is a short five-minute walk, giving you easy access to other parts of the city, very useful for travelers.
