it was.. a stay. here's why i won't be rushing back
noticeable smoke odorloud air conditioning
the lack of attention to detail really got to me. i requested a non-smoking room, it had a noticeable smoke odor. also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and i couldn't seem to adjust it no matter what i tried, and the room was cold at night. it seems i'm not a lucky person.

The shuttle service proved very convenient for accessing many destinations. My room offered a good view and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations. I forgot my gold bracelet, but the room service was very confidential. They contacted me before my departure to arrange its return. Marcus at reception was helpful. He made a great first impression.
The check-in process experienced a longer wait time than anticipated.
