The location is great, a short walk from the subway station. Plenty of stores and restaurants surround the area. The staff was polite and quickly delivered extra pillows and a charger when requested. I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. It's a definite plus.

The television had limited english channels.

The location is very convenient. It is near good food places and a park. The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is also close by. The bell service was helpful providing alternative travel options.

This caused heavy traffic and long waits. The lavatory lacked hand soap and i had to reach into the shower area.

i found the upkeep rather disappointing. additionally, the lavatory lacked readily accessible hand soap and the toilet required multiple attempts to flush completely (it was quite annoying).
