The staff in the Executive Lounge provided perfect service, they remembered my preferences each day. The harbor view from my room was amazing, I appreciated the tranquility. The hotel's proximity to the MTR station made exploring the city convenient.

The elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours.

Our room had an amazing view of the harbor. The location was close to transportation options though the elevators were a bit slow at peak times. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and they assisted with all my requests. The lounge access was a great perk.

the hotel location is next to the exhibition center station so it is easy to get to admiralty.

i found that there was no usb in the room at least in my room. when i asked for one, they looked at me strangely. they offered a cable but not the charger i needed and then could not help me.

the location is amazing , i could walk to many places easily. the staff was really friendly and helpful , especially with directions and local tips.

the lifts were very slow , it took a long time to get to my floor , and there were often long queues. my room did not have a usb charger , i had to buy one nearby , and the hotel did not provide any assistance.
