Really good Stay at This Harbour Hotel

perfect service amazing view convenient location

The staff in the Executive Lounge provided perfect service, they remembered my preferences each day. The harbor view from my room was amazing, I appreciated the tranquility. The hotel's proximity to the MTR station made exploring the city convenient.

The elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours.

Wonderful Harbour Views and Great Service

amazing view friendly staff great perk quiet space

Our room had an amazing view of the harbor. The location was close to transportation options though the elevators were a bit slow at peak times. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and they assisted with all my requests. The lounge access was a great perk.

The gym was sometimes crowded during the evenings.

acceptable stay, some issues encountered

the hotel location is next to the exhibition center station so it is easy to get to admiralty.

i found that there was no usb in the room at least in my room. when i asked for one, they looked at me strangely. they offered a cable but not the charger i needed and then could not help me.

the gym and pool were easy to access and met expectations.

My room, a harbour view queen room, had a musty odor and the humidifier didn't help at all. the hallway also had a strong, lingering smell. It made me uneasy.

The location was acceptable for attending the conference. It was within walking distance.

The smell in the corridors was unpleasant and the elevators operated on an erratic system. Waiting times were excessive. i also felt the extra charges were unexplained.

amazing location friendly staff slow lifts usb charger

the location is amazing , i could walk to many places easily. the staff was really friendly and helpful , especially with directions and local tips.

the lifts were very slow , it took a long time to get to my floor , and there were often long queues. my room did not have a usb charger , i had to buy one nearby , and the hotel did not provide any assistance.
