a satisfactory stay overall

helpful staff convenient location limited breakfast elevator wait

the front desk staff, alan in particular, was very helpful. the location is also really good because the causeway bay mtr station is a short walk from the hotel. this made getting around very convenient.

the breakfast had limited options, only four set menus were available. this became quite repetitive . the waiting time for the elevators could be long, sometimes around 5-8 minutes.

The location was amazing. Times square and a metro station were very close. the staff was so kind and helpful. They even lent me a wall charger. i used their complimentary luggage storage while visiting macau. the breakfast voucher was awesome!

i was actually surprised by the generous room size for a place there! i stayed for four nights and appreciated the closet space and mini fridge. the staff were amazing and so helpful, even lending me a wall charger, so kind. i also used their luggage storage while visiting macau, complimentary, what a bonus!

the breakfast had only four set menu choices. it might become a bit repetitive if one stays longer.
