helpful staff free upgrade

I appreciated that the hotel was located near several tourist attractions, including the note coffee, train street, and hoa lo prison relic. the staff was very helpful. They even upgraded our room when we returned for a subsequent stay after the ha giang loop.

the location is very CENTRAL, so close. I found it easy to WALK to many attractions. the staff was so kind and helpful, offering assistance with directions. also, the rooftop bar offered fantastic views. live music.

the street noise was so LOUD during the night, so i had difficulty sleeping at times. the breakfast selection, while varied, could have more LOCAL options.
