easy check in attentive staff

the staff remembered me when i returned several days later that was attentive the easy check in was also appreciated they stored my luggage while i found lunch before my driver arrived too.

the rooftop bar was quite small

great location helpful staff fresh pancakes small gym old towels bad air conditioning

the location was great for exploring the area near the train street i found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful with directions the service was always very good. the breakfast had freshly made pancakes which i enjoyed every morning i also liked that the staff helped me with some personal needs. i received a free mini bar after an upgrade to a larger room it was spacious.

the gym was quite small i think it was around 15m2 so it limited the equipment available i also thought the pool was a bit squashed into a small space. i noticed the towels and sheets had branding from a previous hotel named essence i thought this was odd. the air conditioning did not seem very effective in the room i struggled to keep cool.

fantastic stay!

friendly staff excellent service comfortable bed

i loved that staff were very friendly and gave excellent service. the hotel is near train street! double-glazed doors meant our room was quiet even though it faced a busy street. the king bed was super comfortable too.

The air conditioning was not very effective. I found it hard to cool down the room. i struggled to sleep because of this.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was a short walk to Train Street, a popular spot. I appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. It included water and Coca-Cola. The staff were gracious and ready to assist with anything.

The gym served as a passageway to the pool. This limited the workout space. It was not very appealing.
