The hotel's location was convenient. It was a short walk to Train Street, a popular spot. I appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. It included water and Coca-Cola. The staff were gracious and ready to assist with anything.

The gym served as a passageway to the pool. This limited the workout space. It was not very appealing.

The staff were friendly and helpful . Christine was particularly helpful with local recommendations and directions. I found the level of service to be attentive and personalized.

My suite had beautiful furnishings and a comfortable bed. I had a spacious bathroom and I noticed that complimentary soap bottles had unique design. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and I had no issues with dampness or smells.

The hotel had a restaurant with very good food. I enjoyed mocktails at the sky bar. It offered views of the city. Breakfast included some variety, though more western options were available.
