The hotel offered attention to detail in every area. The room size was good, and the bathroom was spacious. Four bottles of complimentary drinking water were provided and refreshed daily, I also found the bed comfortable with nice pillows. The breakfast selection had many choices for everyone.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to many attractions. Walking to the old city and Hoan Kiem Lake took only a few minutes. The surrounding area also featured many inexpensive dining options near the hotel.

I found the staff very helpful and polite . Butler service was available via WhatsApp, assisting with airport transfers and spa arrangements. The concierge provided excellent assistance with local information and bookings.

Breakfast included a wide selection to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet offered American breakfast and Vietnamese options, all of high quality. There was a jazz night at Le Club including a chocolate buffet.

My room included a coffee machine and a kettle, also a safe. The bathroom featured Balmain amenities in large bottles. A fresh rose in the room offered a nice touch. The writing desk also included a stationery set.

Really good Stay Experience

colonial lobby upgraded suite period art

The hotel boasts a grand colonial lobby built in 1901. I was upgraded to a suite in the Heritage Wing. This suite included two guest bathrooms and multiple entrances (an unexpected delight!). The suite's dark wood paneling and period art added to its charm.

The room was a bit noisy due to its location above the hotel entrance.

The hotel has a heated pool perfect for morning relaxation. The gym includes modern equipment and a steam room. Guests can take a free tour of the rediscovered bomb shelter, a historical site dating back to the Vietnam War.
