fresh towels efficient air conditioning

I appreciated the daily room service. Fresh towels and tidy spaces were consistent. the air conditioning worked efficiently, which i found important given the weather.

the elevator seemed a bit slow at times though it functioned reliably.

loud music weak coffee

the noise was a problem. i was on a high floor, yet the music from the street below was loud (even with earplugs!). it continued until late at night, preventing restful sleep. also, the breakfast selection felt limited. i expected more variety from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee tasted weak, and there weren't many options for a western palate (i missed my usual eggs and bacon).
