charmed by lakeside tranquility
comfortable bed efficient air conditioning complimentary water great breakfast
the room (a May Lake View) had a very comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a welcome relief. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water restocked daily. the breakfast was great (especially the pho!).
the elevator could sometimes be a bit slow during peak hours, only a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast had avocado bruschetta and salmon! it Was quite delicious.
Check-in occurred at 6 PM due to an issue. the pool was not heated.

variety of dishes friendly staff heavy weights high noise limited storage drilling sounds
i really appreciated the breakfast, it had many different dishes. the staffs was very kind and friendly to me. the weights in the gym was good and heavy.
the noise level where high, this make it hard to relax. the junior suite had only one cupboard, this was not much storage space. i found drilling sounds almost all morning, maybe it was the water system.

amazing location lovely staff helpful travel desk accommodating service
the hotel location was amazing. may at the travel desk was lovely and very helpful. she put no pressure on us to book excursions and was always happy to assist. everyone was very accommodating. we felt as part of the family.
the room i booked had internal windows. the room was nothing like they advertised. the furniture and the room's state were far from my expectations.

the rooftop pool provided a good size for swimming and relaxation. the gym offered a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights. breakfast had many options, including local and western dishes, and included a live lady playing relaxing music on a vietnamese stringed instrument.

breakfast choice rooftop view luggage storage cigarette smell sound insulation slamming door
the breakfast offered many choices of food. the rooftop bar provides nice views. the staff helped me store my luggage after i checked out.
the room smelled of cigarettes from the bathroom vent. i could hear doors slamming at night. there was no soundproofing between rooms.
