The location is quite convenient. The train station is very close and it made travel simple. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. They are all within easy walking distance.

The carpets looked old too. I found the service from the staff average. I was expecting a bit more attentiveness.

I appreciate the hotel has a good location. It is close to Nathan Road and the Yaumati MTR station. The room was super clean, much nicer than the pictures online show. Included breakfast presented something new each day plus eggs and noodles cooked to order. The hotel offers free water at the lobby.

the location offers great convenience as a short walk leads to the metro this accessibility really simplified my travel plans the front desk staff were very efficient i especially valued their prompt and clear assistance during check in. the premier plus double double room was spacious and very clean amenities were appropriate and well kept adding to a comfortable family stay.

the toilet flush was noticeably weak i found it difficult to use properly the water pressure in the shower was also quite low this made showering less enjoyable the hotel did not provide basic necessities such as a toothbrush it was necessary to purchase these items from the hotel or a nearby store.
