fantastic airport stay
prompt shuttle extensive buffet convenient outlet fluent staff
the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and frequent it ran every 30 minutes. i found the breakfast buffet extensive with many options available. my room had a usb outlet conveniently located by the bedside which was useful. the hotel staff was helpful and spoke english fluently.
the room lighting wasn't great it was a bit dim.

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle that runs regularly and it is very convenient for travellers with early morning flights. a train station shuttle also operates, with access to city gate outlets for shopping.

the hotel has a very convenient location near the airport which makes it perfect for short transits or layovers. the proximity to asia world expo makes it a great choice for those attending events there. it is so practical.

Fantastic Spot Near the Airport!
free shuttle service early check large bags
The free shuttle service from the airport was super convenient. I was dropping off luggage early, and they checked me in early. That was amazing. They even put me near the elevator since I had many large bags. The room was large and clean, I was excited!
The bedside table lights were too bright. I could not dim them. I had to cover them with papers. I think they should fix it soon.

Breakfast includes a wide selection. Everything was fresh. The Bonvoy lounge is nice. It offers a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Velocity bar offers a relaxing atmosphere with attentive service, I liked it.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, very handy! There is a well-equipped gym. It features treadmills and weight machines. The pool is clean. Plenty of loungers surround the area.

The staff is consistently considerate. I was treated well as a Bonvoy member! The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. The hotel has a dedicated counter at the airport that escorts you to the car.

Rooms are of good size, the bathrooms are nice. The room temperature control worked great! Complimentary water bottles were in the room. The pillow and mattress were also comfortable. The bed was so relaxing!

old bathtub tasteless noodles
the location near the airport was useful. however, the bathroom had a really old bathtub. its bottom was brown and stained. i ordered wanton noodles and pad thai and their price was high but both were not tasty.

the room was super clean, which i appreciated.
The check-in process took forever, even though the line wasn't particularly long. It seemed like each person's interaction was dragging on and on, and i was so tired.

inefficient process considerable wait
The shuttle service to the airport ran like clockwork.
Checking in took way too long. The staff seemed nice, but the process was seriously inefficient and resulted in a considerable wait.
