good location, some issues

excellent location shopping mall outdated rooms long queues

the hotel's location is excellent. it is close to transportation options, like the admiralty mtr subway station. i found pacific place shopping mall conveniently attached to the hotel.

The rooms felt a bit outdated. the room i had was also on the smaller side. I expected more space. queues formed during check-in and check-out times.

fantastic hotel experience

varied breakfast nice environment helpful staff

i really enjoyed the varied breakfast options. there was a great choice of dishes. the environment was also nice, so pleasant. the staff were very helpful and attentive.

the hotel gym is large, but it needs new equipment. i also noticed there was little place to put clothes in the room, and few electric plugs available. the bathrooms were also a bit dark.

the gym features several machines. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes about twenty loungers. there is also a shaded area, it was quite nice.
