convenient access comfortable option
the mtr entrance is across the street , offering convenient access to the city. cafe malacca is onsite.
the room lacked a bit of privacy because it faced old apartments across the way.

a serviceable hotel, but showing its age
convenient location easy commute aged fixtures musty smell
the location was definitely convenient. the hku mtr station was right next door. there was also a 7-eleven very close, useful for quick necessities.
I noticed the hotel seemed quite aged. fixtures in the room looked worn. the overall design looked dated and lacked modern appeal. the room had a noticeable musty smell. Dust was visible in some areas.

SIMPLY FANTASTIC LOCATION!
amazing staff true taste late checkout
staff were AMAZING. the hotel is RIGHT by the HKU station. the neighborhood gives a true taste of the city, trams and eateries included. i even got late checkout, HOW awesome
the room look old. the bathroom seem dated too. it was kinda far from everything for me even with the station so NEAR.

the Club Queen Room Harbour View has comfortable pillows. the room size is reasonable according to the city standards. THERE IS enough space for two people, and the vanity provides enough room.

the hotel is near the HKU station. exit B2 places you steps from the entrance. buses and trams are also close, providing easy transport. several eateries are available NEARBY.

wonderful stay near hku!
super clean helpful staff rooftop pool convenient location
the hotel is super clean, and the staff is very helpful. the rooftop pool is a must with a great view of the city. the location is great, the hku mrt station is literally around the corner from the hotel (so convenient!).
The mattress and pillows felt a bit too soft. Maybe firmer options could be available with back issues.

the hotel reception apologized for a minor issue. they offered complimentary access to the lounge and free breakfast as compensation. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful (i really appreciated that!).

Acceptable stay near the MTR
mtr station helpful staff satisfying dining small room worn blind pickup area
This hotel is VERY close to the MTR station, SO getting around was easy. The hotel staff were helpful, especially with directions around the area. THE dining experience was satisfying, with friendly service.
The room felt quite SMALL for a four-star hotel. I noticed some wear on the blinds. There were some stain marks. There was NO clear pickup area, difficult when arriving by car.
