the rooms was spacious. the bathrooms had a very luxorious design, its something i did notice. i find the staff was kind, from the entrance to the front desk. the room had a macaron platter, i found that touch thoughtful.

the gym appear old. the pool also look like it require upkeep. there was also weddings , it felt bustling.

The golden executive king room itself was acceptable. It had a smart tv.

This hotel missed the mark for me. my biggest issue was the lack of attention to detail. There was poor lighting, i even needed daylight to see my luggage. the location is not great either since it is away from main attractions, even the lake nearby isn't pretty.

The hotel provided spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. staff were consistently kind and professional! i received a fruit and macaron platter. It was a thoughtful touch. the lavish decor lived up to the golden theme.

the rooftop pool lacked shaded seating, and it seemed underused, hindering guest comfort? it seemed like a missed opportunity for a better experience
