I found several issues . the breakfast was honestly a letdown. It was just subpar. there was limited juice selection, consistently either orange, guava, or pineapple. also, the tuk tuk service was quite unreliable. it operated on very limited hours and sometimes didn't even run during those hours. basically, it was useless.

the superior double or twin room had sufficient space and the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. the street noise was minimal because i requested a quiet room away from the main road. i experienced very little noise coming from the hallway or adjacent rooms. as a light sleeper, i found the environment allowed me to sleep soundly.
The wifi service was inconsistent, resulting in significant connectivity problems. This affected my capacity to manage contracts effectively. i'm hoping improvements will be made, especially as i have read similar reports in prior reviews. i strongly recommend that management addresses this issue.

The staff members demonstrated commendable kindness and proactive help, especially ms. aom at the front desk. She provided assistance with daily needs and showed significant initiative. this personalised assistance added considerable value to my experience. i found it very excellent.

The location is in a calm upscale area, yet offers convenient access to key districts. It is close to the over ground rail. this location makes traveling simple. the hotel allows an easy connection to different parts of the area.

the hotel offers amenities fitting an international business hotel. the swimming pool receives sunlight from 9 am to 1 pm. i found this schedule very suitable. the cocktail happy hour also provided excellent value.
