the check-in Process seemed unnecessarily LONG. i had booked a beautiful king room, but it was not available upon arrival. they offered me a room with twin beds pushed together. this arrangement wasn't ideal and the staff didn't seem too concerned about MY discomfort. this start felt pretty BAD.
