stained bed sheets hard bed

the air conditioning worked adequately in the room.

the cleanliness was a MAJOR issue. i found stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom had visible mold. the bed was also hard and uncomfortable, giving me back pain. i certainly didn't sleep well.
