friendly staff big room complimentary coffee party street sound insulation

The staff was very friendly and helpful! they allowed a friend of mine to stay for a few hours in the swimming pool since i had booked a room for 2. the room was big and clean. Complimentary coffee and water were available.

the hotel is directly above a very busy party street and has virtually no sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep before around 2 a.m. the isolation is non existent, you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and from the outside.

Great Location and Clean Rooms!!!

central location walking distance laundry drop-off

I appreciated that the location is central to many bars, restaurants, and attractions. The Grand Palace is within walking distance, less than 2 km. Khao San Road is right next door, perfect for those wanting more action. The local laundry shop across the street offered free drop-off to the hotel. I found that very handy.

The street noise was unbelievable. There is no sound proofing in the rooms. I could hear several live singers until 3 AM. The hotel really needs to improve sound proofing. It is impossible to sleep well.

The rooftop pool area was very pleasant. I used the available towels after a swim. I noticed the pool hours are convenient, open from 8 AM to 8 PM daily. The lift operated smoothly without making noise, I found that very helpful. The room had a mini fridge with bottled water, a practical feature.

The room lacked a proper place to store my clothes. There were no drawers available.

Wonderful Stay at a Great Spot

great location friendly staff

I found the location exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, and the Wi-Fi was great. The cleaners were great too. They cleaned when the sign was on the door, and I came back to a clean room.

The rooms are not sound isolated at all. I could hear music from the street until late, so it was difficult to sleep before then.

The rooftop pool was small but clean. It offered a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The beds were comfy, and the room was well-kept. The staff allowed me to store luggage between trips.
