the apartment featured a full kitchen. a decent sized tv provided international channels. i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to lumphini park and the nearby streets were clean. the staff members were helpful and kind .

i found the air conditioning to be timer based, causing temperature fluctuations. this impacted my sleep slightly.

The hotel's location suited my needs for nearby appointments. I found it easy to walk to many places from there and this minimized transportation stress. The apartment was nice and neat.

The hotel did not provide some basics. I had to request items like a dental kit and a frying pan for basic cooking. The housekeeping staff did not automatically provide items like salt and pepper.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They promptly provided extra water bottles when requested and always answered when I called. The receptionist was also very friendly and cute.

The gym had missing tiles around the swimming pool area which could be a safety concern. I hope the management addresses this issue soon

Acceptable Stay with Maintenance Issues

The air conditioning in the living room was inadequate. It did not blow cold air. I found it difficult to relax there after showering because I quickly became warm. The hotel appears to need some air conditioning maintenance. Waiting times to return to my room sometimes reached 15 minutes.
