satisfactory accomodations
smooth process helpful staff old showerhead bad flush
the front desk staff assisted us by holding our luggage while we visited cambodia. upon our return, the process of retrieving our belongings went smoothly. it was nearby everything close to the mbk mall and eatery's.
the showerhead looked old, even it seemed cleaned. ALSO, the toilet didn't flush very WELL. I think the hotel should give the cleaning personals a little bit more time to do their job.

musty smell damaged item
the location proved quite useful for my purposes, placing shops and dining options nearby.
The room smelled strongly of must. there was also a persistent noise outside from what sounded like a generator. the laundry service damaged one of my items. They seem to have some issues there.

clean room helpful staff relaxing pool small gym limited view inconvenient location
I stayed in a Beautiful Plus Room and it was very clean. The staff was helpful ! I really loved the pool area. It was very relaxing.
The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines. My room lacked a view. I could only see other buildings. The hotel location was not ideal. It required taxi rides to most attractions.

really good value stay
friendly staff clean room free drinks
the staff were friendly, and always ready to help. the room was clean. they refilled the complimentary drinks every day, this was a nice touch.
the air conditioning wasnt adjustable and it was very cold. the water offered isnt mineral water.

the staff were always ready to assist guests when needed. they constantly advised us to be careful when using public transportation. they insisted on using the meters on taxis, and i find this very helpful.
