I stayed in a Beautiful Plus Room and it was very clean. The staff was helpful ! I really loved the pool area. It was very relaxing.
The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines. My room lacked a view. I could only see other buildings. The hotel location was not ideal. It required taxi rides to most attractions.

the staff were friendly, and always ready to help. the room was clean. they refilled the complimentary drinks every day, this was a nice touch.
the air conditioning wasnt adjustable and it was very cold. the water offered isnt mineral water.

the staff were always ready to assist guests when needed. they constantly advised us to be careful when using public transportation. they insisted on using the meters on taxis, and i find this very helpful.
