loud aclimited options
The rooms definitely show their age. I noticed the AC was quite loud. The noise made sleeping difficult. A quiet environment is important. Breakfast proved disappointing. The limited options impacted my experience negatively. A wider selection is needed.

The room was spacious, it featured a living room alongside two bedrooms. I found the location very convenient (only a five-minute walk to Siam Square).

i totally loved how comfy the beds are , it was super relaxing! the hotel receptionist, num wee, gave awesome service with her great english. she was really kind and helpful , she were great too answer our questions. i'm excited to return!
the halal breakfast options were a bit limited , that's the only tiny thing i noticed.

i stayed in a two-bedroom family suite, it was spacious and suitable for my family of five. it had a kitchen , so simple cooking was possible. the suite included a bathtub .

the location is great for getting around because it is near shopping areas and transport. it's close to the bts train station , a short walk to mbk mall. taking transport to different areas of the city was easy.

everyday, a generous plate of tropical fruits was served in our room, it was a delicious treat! breakfast had many options , it included both eastern and western dishes. the japanese restaurant next door gave a discount.

the staff are all super friendly, the front desk to housekeeping are efficient and kind. the housekeeping met my expectations , they changed towels everyday. the hotel provides concierge services , very helpful for assistance.

the room provided complimentary water daily i also received a coupon for a free ice cream soda and popcorn i redeemed it when i chose not to have my sheets changed the location is convenient with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby
the on-site laundry service had limited hours and only one washing machine and one dryer

The location offered great convenience near the metro station. the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast had varied options that suited my tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. the staff helped me arrange a taxi early in the morning.
the gym equipment was a bit old.
