superb locationfriendly staffcomfy bed
i found the location really superb. The staff was great and friendly. They arranged an airport taxi, cheaper than flagging one down myself. Rooms were cleaned every day, which I REALLY appreciated. Beds were the comfiest i have EVER slept on here..

I found the hotel to be very clean. the location proved convenient (especially for accessing nearby attractions). i was impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were. i appreciated the early check-in that was arranged. It made my arrival smooth and stress-free.

the reception staff is cooperative and accommodating. nooma helped me get the room early (which was quite appreciated). other staff members such as tae and lilly also provided special care and service. the staff were very polite and helpful.

the hotel is close to the metro station. the hotel's location is convenient. it is near shopping centres (terminal 21's food court is a must-visit). the location allows easy access to entertainment areas, restaurants, and bars.
