Excellent location, clean and convenient

The staff showed much courtesy. Daily room cleaning included fresh towels. Breakfast offered a good selection that varied daily with salad, Japanese food, and soup. Our superior twin room allowed much relaxation after a long day.
The air conditioning did not perform well. I noticed it required multiple technicians to address the issue .

The hotel sits across from emsphere, offering convenient access. The BTS station, Phrom Phong, is accessible via the skywalk. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. This made exploring the area very easy.

the staffs were very amazing. they always smiling and ready to help me. the location is excellent i find. emsphere is just 2 mins walk and emquartier is 7 mins walk.
it was obvious the staffs were aware the air conditioning was not good. westerners cannot stay in thailand without proper air conditioning. this is a management issue and it is quite significant.
