good amenities peaceful pool amazing staff front desk
The rooms have good amenities. i especially liked the tv that cast from my phone. the pool was peaceful! the staff was really really good whether at the front desk or during breakfast. They were all amazing
The bed was a little soft. This bothered me slightly.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the embassy shopping centre. They provide hotel transport. this made getting around easy, particularly for shopping and sightseeing, also there are many things nearby to explore.

My room included a full kitchen. This was convenient for preparing snacks. the gym has plenty of cardio equipment. This allowed for complete workouts . it was very clean.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful residence

I found the staff polite and helpful . They were quick in sourcing taxis and assisting with directions. The breakfast offered many options and everything was delicious. Mr Wat provided particularly helpful assistance .
The bed in my room was a little soft for my personal preference it is something to consider for those who prefer a firmer mattress.

Every team member was kind and helpful and genuinely polite. The front desk assisted with all requests and the staff were very good ensuring my comfort. It was a true pleasure to experience this level of consistent hospitality.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices and items were unlimited. I could also order items off the menu in addition to the buffet. It provided a wonderful start to each day with various options.
