amazing stay!

cute energy rooftop pool great food beautiful room

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Naphat at concierge was especially amazing! he had such a cute energy. the rooftop pool is fine, and i really enjoyed the great food and drinks available. the rooms had a beautiful design.

the hotel hasn't been well built with sound transferring easily.

seven eleven is conveniently located just beside the hotel. the hotel is very near to chit lom station. a very good restaurant is just across the road which is awesome, i loved its location.

a satisfactory visit

spacious room many options fresh coffee poor coffee limited channels

i found the rooms very spacious! it meant we could lay out our suitcases and still walk around easily. the breakfast buffet had so many options. there were thai, chinese, korean, and western dishes available. they also made fresh coffee and thai tea.

the hotel wasn't built well. i could hear sounds easily, like doors slamming, though the chairs dragging annoyed me most. the espresso coffee in the room was also poor, the pods barely produced any coffee. there weren't many tv channels i wanted to watch. it was mostly news or low-budget movies.

spacious room branded amenities nice view

the room was spacious it also had a sofa and a work table. bathroom amenities were branded. the pool and gym were big the view from the higher floors was nice. i also received complimentary thai alcohol each day which was a nice touch.

during check-in the process was chaotic i felt the staff seemed overwhelmed. the floor lobby smelled weird. towels and bed linen had an unpleasant odour. the housekeeping service did not remove leftover food or empty bottles during their visits.

every staff member i encountered was friendly helpful and professional. housekeepers linda kaew and tukky kept my room tidy. the concierge was helpful and attentive when my car arrived. the reception staff was always ready to assist.

the breakfast was okay, with a decent variety of options.

The sound insulation was quite poor. I often heard doors slamming and chairs scraping, disturbing my sleep. the espresso pods in the room barely produced a dribble of coffee, and the tv channels were limited to news or low-budget movies. pillows lacked support, i woke up with a stiff neck almost every morning (it was quite annoying).

i stayed in a premium king room. the breakfast offered a variety of asian and western dishes. the location was a selling point. i'm grateful khun kob took good care of me.

The sound easily transferred. I heard doors slamming. the espresso coffee from the pods was weak. the pillows lacked structure, causing a stiff neck. i found these issues detracted from my experience.
