the location is prime, right on the bustling street. the rooftop pool offered a great respite with nice views. i found the staff friendly and eager to help.
the ac system only had on and off settings, controlling temperature was hard.

My room included separate shower area and toilet facilities. This helped with space sharing. i had a comfortable bed. the separate spaces definitely helped with organization within the room.

the rooftop bar had good music. the service was attentive. i enjoyed a selection of cocktails at happy hour there before going out for dinner, it's a nice start to the evening.

The staff offered little help. Their attitude bordered on indifference AFTER i paid. my room, a 'superior double room', felt outdated. It needed significant upgrades. the incessant noise from the street persisted even at night. Sleep proved elusive.

I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. It was great! The central location made it easy to explore the area. I found the staff very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. The beds were comfy. I slept soundly each night.

The rooftop pool provided wonderful views. The staff helped with taxis and information. The location is great, especially since the hotel is near many little shops and restaurants. The panoramic view from the rooftop pool includes the royal palace.
The hotel gave only one key per room. I found this inconvenient. The noise from nearby clubs was also pretty loud. This made sleeping difficult, and the music went on until early morning. There were no other communal spaces besides the lobby.
