The hotel's location near tourist spots and khao san road was convenient. i found the breakfast tasty and enjoyed the pool area. the staff was really nice. They helped me with directions.

i found the heritage hotel feel good the location proved apt for sightseeing all major attractions were conveniently nearby the staff displayed amazing hospitality and kindness i appreciated their warm and cute attitude throughout my stay. the family restaurant next door offered fantastic value and delicious meals i enjoyed the convenience of having nice bars just a short distance away the tranquil ambiance of the pool area was a welcome escape after exploring. the breakfast had adequate choice.
the shower lacked power , made it slightly less enjoyable nonetheless i managed without problems.

staff offered warm welcomes every day the left-luggage facility was available for flexible storage they were very helpful in allowing me to leave my suitcase at the hotel.

the air conditioning worked very well ensuring comfortable sleep the bathroom was clean and included tea and coffee facilities i had a balcony overlooking the surrounding building rooftops the room had comfortable beds.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
faulty air conditioningthin curtains
I encountered a few issues . the air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the room. this made sleeping difficult because of the high temperatures. also, the curtains were thin. morning light streamed in very early. this also disrupted my sleep.
