The room was clean. the bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and a handheld shower head. kitt and park helped me arrange transportation and provided useful recommendations. i found a free shuttle bus to terminal 21. It made getting around very easy.

the front desk staff, specifically ms. anna and benz, offered really good service and warm smiles. they helped me locate many attractive places. i found their professionalism very valuable.
the hotel is located in a busy area, so there was a slight noise issue at night.
