I ALWAYS admired the flower decor in the lobby! The guest rooms ARE perfect. The staff IS friendly AND polite. I found the food delicious. Naret Purswani, a Senior Catering & Events Manager, TOOK special care of us.

The head concierge and the reception staff seemed service minded, professional and kind. Several staff members, including Mind, Becky, Bam and Kate, provided a cute and warm service at the club lounge. Staff hospitality felt very nice and was excellent.

Rooms appear warm and cute with well appointed features. The hotel maintains high standards. Everything felt clean and fresh. The overall beauty felt apparent, and i liked THE room.

I appreciated the convenient location. The hotel is very close to the BTS. I noticed several nice malls and eating places nearby. A train stop right outside of the hotel made it easy to reach shopping malls.

noisy air conditioning yellow water

the location was quite central and convenient.

the air conditioning was noisy and not cold. my sleep was disturbed a lot. the bath water was yellow even after running for some time.
