The head concierge and the reception staff seemed service minded, professional and kind. Several staff members, including Mind, Becky, Bam and Kate, provided a cute and warm service at the club lounge. Staff hospitality felt very nice and was excellent.

I appreciated the convenient location. The hotel is very close to the BTS. I noticed several nice malls and eating places nearby. A train stop right outside of the hotel made it easy to reach shopping malls.
